Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to change of mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@missizzy.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll get it sorted as quick and easy as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or credit card company. May take 3 business days. If you’ve still not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@missizzy.co.nz
Lost or Returned Packages
We cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages. If you choose the tracking option, which we strongly insist, every endeavour will be used to trace your package via NZ Post. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Payment
Currently you can pay by credit Card Card via Paypal or by Bank Deposit in NZ Dollars.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and currently only ship within New Zealand.
Product Safety
This is the most important aspect of our business, and you can be rest assured all components have been checked for defects and strength tested. However the wood components are a natural product and can over time be compromised by repeated banging or dropping on a hard surface. Please check any teething products periodically for any defects that you can visually see and throw away. The small parts that feature on our teethers are a choking hazard for small children and should never be left around an unsupervised child or baby. AS/NZS 8124 toy safety compliant.
Custom Designs
Tweaks to the available range of teethers can be done, depending on stock availability on components. Please check in with me at info@missizzy.co.nz with your request and I’ll see if we can make some magic.
