Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygenic nature of our products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to change of mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll get it sorted as quick and easy as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or credit card company. May take 3 business days. If you’ve still not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Lost or Returned Packages
We cannot be responsible for lost or returned packages. If you choose the tracking option, which we strongly insist, every endeavour will be used to trace your package via NZ Post. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

All customers are entitled to privacy so the only information (name and address) are held for processing and shipping an order. Payment details are never shared or held by me, as Paypal is a third party payment system. Names and addresses information are not shared outside of this website.
